Laval Square Coquitlam

This is a large scale project developed 41 homes in Coquitlam’s historic Laval Square. Four heritage houses were retained alongside the construction of new townhouses. The houses needed to be lifted and moved to the far edge of the property to allow a deep excavation for underground parking garages. Once the garage and lower level foundations complete, the houses were then moved back across the suspended slab and into their final location at the site.
